Highest priority, high leverage

• LLM Tokenizer, but destination dependent Autonomizer already does tokenizing of anything that looks like a secret: non-words, any numbers, proper nouns, etc before passing to an LLM, then undoes the response. However it currently only uses it in context. If going to a wider automation, it is useful for each secret to be tied to a list of valid recipients… so the LLM can think broader, but still not leak data. Still some potential for exfiltrariion if the output could be ‘> |’ piped. PCI compliance appliances do something similar.

• Auto-style documents from an exemplar Feed in a “gold standard” DOCX/PDF, extract a reusable style kit (fonts, heading hierarchy, spacing, numbering, tables), then apply it to new docs. Output a clean DOCX template plus a “restyle this document” action for proposals and reports.

• Document diff that ignores noise Compare two DOCX/PDF versions and generate a reviewer-friendly diff, while filtering out table-of-contents churn, pagination changes, headers/footers, and auto-numbering. Export an annotated HTML/PDF report that works for legal, compliance, and technical review.

• Invoice audit against rate cards and math Ingest invoices, extract line items, recompute the arithmetic, and validate rates/multipliers against versioned contract rules. Produce a discrepancy packet with clear explanations plus an audit trail that fits real AP workflows.

• Schematic-aware troubleshooting assistant Ingest schematics and manuals, then walk technicians through a diagnostic path from symptom to likely fault. When something is a black box, recommend upstream/downstream tests and record measured results so the next step is grounded.

• Outlook rule generator from real filing habits Connect to a mailbox (Graph), infer a small set of conservative move/categorize rules based on how messages are already filed, then show a simulation before anything changes. Add safety limits, one-click apply, and rollback.

• To-do smart prioritizer layer A thin layer over existing task tools that produces a daily “next best task” queue based on deadlines, effort, impact, time available, and current energy. It should always answer “why this now” and make it easy to correct when it guesses wrong.

• Hotel QR channel guide A login-free web app for hotel rooms: TV channel lineup, Wi‑Fi, checkout, breakfast hours, contact info. Hotels manage content in a simple admin portal; guests can flag incorrect channels without a support call.

• Spaced-repetition capture from anywhere A browser-first “highlight to remember” tool that turns selected text into SRS prompts with near-zero deck management. Daily reviews stay short (30–90 seconds). Quick edits, snooze, export.

• Social cadence reminders A privacy-first personal CRM that nudges you when you have not contacted someone important in a chosen timeframe. Use calendar/email metadata (not bodies). Support per-person cadences and one-tap follow-ups.

Engineering + simulation tools

• VR/360 master resolution calculator (no foveation) Convert headset optics/FOV parameters into conservative render targets and equirectangular mastering dimensions. Include a small, versioned headset database and show the formulas so the numbers are checkable.

• VR/360 bandwidth estimator Estimate sustained and peak delivery bandwidth for stereo/mono 180/360 based on resolution, FPS, codec ladder assumptions, and ABR behavior. Output a shareable report that is easy to audit for CDN and product planning.

• Graceful degradation for lossy streams Replace freezes/jumps from packet loss with controlled artifacts (static/noise, smoothing, concealment) so failures look less jarring. Package as an OBS plugin or an FFmpeg/WebRTC component, with diagnostics that distinguish bursty vs scattered loss.

• Long-range spaceflight game Single-player management/narrative about deep-space logistics and human factors over multi-year voyages. Keep the loop tight (systems, crew, events) and resist the urge to turn it into an endless content machine.

• Relativistic spaceflight/combat game A hard-sci-fi niche game where special relativity (time dilation, signal delay, Doppler) changes tactics and navigation in ways you actually feel. Keep scope small and skip multiplayer complexity.

Transportation + infrastructure ideas

• A* corridor planning for rail/highway Use cost surfaces and constraints (grade, curvature, avoid zones) to generate candidate alignments for early feasibility studies. Export GIS-friendly outputs plus cost breakdowns for engineering review.

• Cab video -> track maps Ingest forward-facing locomotive cab video (plus GPS/IMU when available) and generate a planning-grade track centerline map, with uncertainties flagged instead of hidden. Add change detection for signage, vegetation, and construction impacts.

• Rail right-of-way video segmentation + map Detect assets/issues in rail video (ties, ballast, vegetation, drainage/water, obstructions) and publish findings on a map with evidence clips. Treat this as assisted review, not a fully automated defect caller.

• Traffic signal performance monitoring via phone Use phone GPS + camera to infer corridor-level signal timing patterns and flag anomalies for operators. Safety framing matters; any “drive this speed” guidance should stay optional and conservative.

• Adaptive signal control with camera detection Retrofit using edge camera detection to estimate queues and tune timing beyond simple loop detection. Package with before/after reporting and strict fail-safe behavior.

Personal utilities

• Local-first desktop time tracker A privacy-first app that logs focused window/title changes, durations, and “active time” percentage based on keyboard/mouse activity windows. Export CSV/JSON. Keep everything local by default.

• Video diary with smart webcam overlay Record screen + webcam, automatically place the webcam in an unused corner, and switch to full webcam when the screen is idle. Generate daily highlight reels and a searchable timeline stored locally.

• Caps Lock mode cycler (upper/lower/predictive/original) Remap Caps Lock to cycle casing modes, including a predictive mode that fixes sentence starts, acronyms, and proper nouns. Run locally and keep latency low.

• Slow news filter (delayed headlines) A digest that delays breaking news by 24–72 hours and surfaces story threads that stick around and keep evolving. Provide timelines and citations, plus an “urgent bypass” mechanism for cases where delay is a bad idea.

• Reading recommendation by time available Pick something you can finish in 3/7/15/30 minutes using solid reading-time estimation. Integrate with RSS/read-later tools and keep it one-tap.

• Wikipedia-to-audiobook experience Turn any article into high-quality TTS with chapters and optional grounded Q&A. Keep attribution and licensing compliance explicit.

• Project management tooling playbook (ebook) A short, opinionated implementation guide (with templates) that gets a small team to a working PM system in two weeks. Focus on repeatable setups, skip generic productivity advice.

• Umbrella rental stands A network of smart umbrella rental kiosks in transit hubs and dense downtowns. Aim for low-friction checkout and real shrinkage control (because that is the business).

• Robotic snow maintenance (“Roomba for snow”) An outdoor robot that continuously clears light accumulation during snowfall, as a cheaper option than heated driveways. Scope it to bounded conditions and clear safety limits.

• Painting robot (real brush strokes) A small-format plotter/gantry that produces physical brush-stroke art from images. The value is the physical output; software focuses on stroke planning and calibration.

• TV audio via Bluetooth mic puck A simple device that sits near a TV speaker and transmits over Bluetooth to headphones, for setups where tapping the TV audio outputs is a pain. DSP and latency are the hard problems.

• Car cabin air auto-recirculate at stoplights An aftermarket module that temporarily toggles HVAC recirculation during stoplight pull-away to cut exhaust intake. Vehicle compatibility and safe defaults are the gating issues.

• Chat/Forum FAQ answerer When there is a topic you want to comment on, you write your response. The system then generates X alternative rephrasings. System can then find similar discussions where it is worth you commenting.

• Travel-aware calendar buffering I want the calendar to stop pretending all appointments are the same. If I’m going across town, it should auto-block realistic travel time. If I’m on a train or driving, it should tag the block as “audio ok” versus “needs full attention”.

• Auto-scheduler for sleep, habits, and downtime The point is to treat sleep, routines, deep work, and actual fun as defaults, not leftovers. Meetings can fit around that, and when they cannot, overriding the schedule should feel slightly annoying on purpose. The product is conflict handling and sane override friction, not a pretty calendar UI.

• Virtual yard/garden/site designer Sketch the space, set constraints (sun, drainage, setbacks, budget), then iterate options that are practical. Give me materials lists and a phased plan I can actually follow. “Good enough for planning”; not “pretend CAD”.

• Proofreading web app
  A browser tool that proposes edits. It should catch repetition, mushy sentences, awkward tone shifts, and structural problems, while respecting domain vocabulary and controlled jargon. Think “editor who will argue with you a little”

• Resume review service (paid)
  Targeted rewrite, and a punchy diff-style rationale so the client can see what changed and why.

• Life expectancy clock (“death timer”)
  A tool that takes actuarial baselines plus your inputs and returns a range, then translates it into chunks that land emotionally (weeks, summers, trips).

• 32-player chess (one person per piece)
  This is either hilarious or unplayable. Turn timers, vote-to-move, captain mode, and other guardrails might keep it from collapsing into chaos.

  Press a button while walking. Later, the app matches your GPS/time to nearby public viewpoints and pulls a few candidate photos, so you keep the memory without doing camera work.

  Rooms and objects act as retrieval cues tied to spaced repetition cards. Keep the visuals simple.

  Give me stations by genre along a route, with smooth handoff as you drive. A reliable station database paired with map directions.

• Bookkeeping autopilot (OCR + checks + workflow)
  Intake receipts and bills, extract the data, suggest coding, and catch duplicates and math mistakes. Push everything questionable into an exception queue with a reason attached.

  A simple physical product: address numbers that are readable at night and from the street without messing around with wiring.

• 12V plug-in heat/motion alert for car occupants/pets
  A device that plugs into a cigarette lighter, alarms locally, and can notify your phone when cabin temperature crosses thresholds. The hard part is trust and liability: low false alarms, predictable behavior, and reliability.

  A “wake-up light, but on the window” concept: tint shifts on a schedule (or with an alarm) to change morning light in the room.

  A web calculator that turns cost-of-living assumptions into a blunt answer: how many hours you need to work per year to fund a chosen lifestyle in a given place and time. Make the inputs explicit, cite sources, show the math, and let people argue with the assumptions.

• Median-installed pod/tram as highway replacement
  A concept for a lightweight guideway system that fits in a Jersey-barrier median, with stations at overpasses and design constraints that focus on wind and impact more than dead load. Make it a coherent thought experiment that could produce useful diagrams and back-of-envelope numbers based on weight, throughput, and acceleration/braking distance.

• “R2D2/Chewbacca/Groot captions” inner monologue captions
  Subtitle overlays that translate iconic non-verbal characters into selectable “inner monologue” tracks. Low effort to prototype, high shareability if the writing lands.
